I'm so glad you stopped by. 

My name is Karin Peavy. I began my writing career freelancing for the children's, teen and young adult magazine market.  My stories and articles have appeared in numerous periodicals. 

I am the author of Hot Chocolate For the Spirit, a group of Bible devotionals for adults. Each lesson is taken from my own life and is aimed at helping you draw nearer to God. Hot Chocolate For the Spirit is available at amazon.com, barnesandnoble.com, and through your local bookstore.

My passion is to use my writing gift to encourage the Body of Christ. So, I write all the time, sharing the many wonderful insights the Lord gives me each day. You can read what I have to say via my free, weekly ezine, What is God up to Today? which is distributed to more than 3,500 subscribers worldwide.
